Working together with Kapil has been a blast. He’s a humble, smart, and thoughtful designer who’s always open to sharing and collaborating. His love for the craft has been shown by starting up initiatives for our entire design community (knowledge festival), supporting several product teams to work more design-driven, and having an open mindset to adapt and change priorities based on where the business needs the most focus. I had the privilege to work and cooperate with Kapil during 2021/2022 with Design Sprints and Figma designs in focus. He never hesitates to support with his knowledge, sharing tips and tricks while doing so in a clear and effective way. We have shared experience and good laughs while progressing in the project we have been in, and you can really tell that Kapil loves doing what he does. I've learned a lot during our cooperation and I have been very much inspired with the way he conducts design sprints. Anyone who get's the chance to cooperate with Kapil can be lucky.

I have had the nice opportunity to both recruit and work closely with Kapil - developing ADAS for Mercedes-Benz. Kapil - Appreciate your hard work and support on the entire POFM customer platform journey thus far. The UX for this had it own challenges and we had to tweak our approaches a few times basis the changing needs of the business & stringent timelines.
